Buckeyes Take Same 2014 Playoff Approach

Buckeyes Take Same 2014 Playoff Approach: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Ohio State was able to capture the first ever playoff championship in 2014 behind third string quarterback Cardale Jones. So this time around, how will the Buckeyes approach preparing for the playoffs? Nicholas Piotrowicz writes, “The Buckeyes see little reason to change a formula that worked just fine in 2014…Ohio State coach Urban Meyer said the team planned to practice “exactly the way we did it in ’14.” Nearly a month of preparation for the semifinal turns into just more than a week for the championship game if a team advances…They will do the same thing this time. “All focus, obviously, is on this one [with Clemson],” Meyer said.”” Ohio State is a 3.5 point favorite against the Tigers.
