OHIO STATE 20.5 FAVORITE AT PENN STATE: For the second week in a row, Ohio State enters the heavy favorite on the road at night against a team coming off a bye week. After an emotional win in Madison, the Buckeyes head to Happy Valley to take on Penn State (4-2). Vegas likes the Buckeyes big, the line sits at 20.5 points. When was the last time OSU went to Happy Valley and won by more than 20? It’s never happened. Ohio State’s biggest win in Happy Valley was a 37-17 in 2007 when Chris Wells led a No. 1 ranked OSU squad and gashed the No. 25 Nittany Lions for 133 yards on the ground. Things have come easier in Ohio. Ohio State enters the matchup winning the last four in the series, including last year’s 38-10 victory in the ‘Shoe.
POLL WATCH: Ohio State remained the No. 2 ranked team in the country behind Alabama in the latest AP Poll. Notable rankings: That School Up North No. 3, Nebraska No. 8, Wisconsin No. 10, Oklahoma No. 16. See the full poll.
