LEBRON VS JORDAN; CAMP REPORT; REMAINING 2017 RECRUITING TARGETS
By Jim Baird | AM Football Briefing | Wednesday, August 10 – 7:00 AM

LEBRON VS JORDAN: That School Up North has been touting their Michael Jordan ‘Jumpman’ affiliation (which is fitting given the last time they won a championship was the 90s). It’s also fitting too that Ohio State is doubling down with a more recent champ: LeBron. The King has bestowed some killer swag, including signature shoes and parkas. No news yet if Shaq will soon be sponsoring LSU or Forrest Gump, Alabama.

CAMP REPORT DAY 3: Players hit the field yesterday for their second full team practice. PHOTOS and VIDEO from 11W. Tony Gerdeman breaks down the highlights. Here’s the two-deep, via Bill Landis. Tim May’s take – including what happened to well-intentioned Big 10 Network staffers that picked the wrong day to wear blue, and thoughts from Luke Fickell on how Nick Bosa is doing. Tom Dienhart thinks this team looks hungry.

We’re another day closer to kickoff. REMAINING 2017 RECRUITING TARGETS: Ohio State has the best 2017 class in the nation as ranked by the 247Sports Composite. The class has the potential to finish as one of the best of all time, which DJ Byrnes elaborates on here. Ohio State’s average player rating of 94.69 is the highest not only of any class in 2017, but higher than any #1 ranked class over the past 7 years. Who are the biggest 2017 targets remaining for the Buckeyes? Ari Wasserman breaks it down.
